NEWS FROM THE FRENCH CORNER

Les petits gobelins et petites gobelines se préparent pour l'Hallow'een!

Grade 5/6 are starting to demonstrate their skills as detectives. They are describing each other as well as themselves to a T.  Tomorrow, they will describe their costumes. They have a vast vocabulary to choose from. Perhaps, some of them will be valuable investigators one day.

Grade 3/4 worked on unscrambling known vocabulary and did so well, they received an early Halloween activity sheet. And...out came the dictionnaries. They also have to memorize a spider song. House points will be given tomorrow if their respective house can sing it!

Grade 7/8 worked on their projects (due Monday) for the third consecutive day. They have some great ideas and most of the work should be done, with some touch ups at home for illustrations etc...They are learning to manage their time.

JK/SK, Grade 1/2 are polishing their vocabulary for Halloween. We are also matching numbers 0 to 30. Much fun today.
