NEWS FROM THE FRENCH CORNER

Grade 5/6 took their verb test today and many students demonstrated how attentive they have been and that they studied. BRAVO Ben, you aced the test with a perfect score!

Grade 3/4 did their puppet show and presented their introductions without cheat sheet! Hayden will present tomorrow as he was absent when we did the mini-rehearsal.

Grade 7/8 worked on Langue & Pratique, more specifically irregular participe passé. They stumbled on the expression 'déjà vu'. Now they do know what it means and where it comes from.

JK/SK were introduced to fruit we like to eat. That is after we counted backward from ten and let little ghosts go. Then, we became pumpkins! Fun day!

Grade 1/2 were divided by their house names, so 3 groups. A grade 2 student was leading each house.  After a few minutes of orientation, the students received an activity where the teacher would give them a statement (which they also had in writing) and they had to decide whether it was true or false. It took some time but they got it! Points were even.
