Grade 7 & 8 Today was a combined topic aimed at an investigation. Students reviewed vocabulary necessary to talk about a mystery, and the verbs are now used in the passé composé tense.
Grade 8 French homework: read the story p. 20 to 23, research vocabulary that you are unsure of, and answer questions on p. 23 (match the statements).

Grade 9 French homework: use the verbs on page 39 of your text book. Make sure you understand their meaning, then conjugate each of them in the passé composé (see your notes from today). Remember, you need the auxiliary (avoir or être) plus the participe passé. Attention! A few of these verbs are irregular, and you will need to use pages 217, 218.

Grade 5/6 Today was the last lesson on 'Les Explorateurs', and students were able to answer several questions from the short film viewed on Wednesday, and also had many more questions on the topic they have chosen for their UOI.

Grade 3/4 The class read, and listened to the teacher's reading about several outdoors activities and sports. They also asked each other: quel est ton sport préféré? and illustrated their answers.

JK/SK Students are continuing the class routine of calendar, weather and they had coloring activities about raking leaves in the fall. Good work, and several students presented their drawing by saying: Voici mon dessin.
