Although today is a snow day, here is what the students will be doing this week.
Grade 7/8 are starting a unit on Art. They are really excited about it and last Friday, that was all they could talk about! They will be learning about art equipment, how to critique art and talk about art in general. There will something for everyone's taste. Stay tuned!
Grade 3/4 are finishing their description of a heroe! They are also able to tell you very large numbers. Just ask them!
Grade 5/6 What can I say! VERBS, VERBS and more verbs. IR ending verbs. It is difficult, but they will get it with some more practice. The reward for this dry subject will be the restaurant unit coming soon. on incorporating special sentences. They then illustrate them in their French notebook.
JK/SK started learning a poem for LA MARMOTTE. Today is groundhog but they did not miss this special event at the Maples. The puppet is waiting for them tomorrow.
