NEWS FROM THE FRENCH CORNER

This week, although Mère Nature gave us only 4 days to work,  the students were on task with finishing units, taking quiz on 'ir' verbs etc...

The grade 5/6 should be proud of themselves as they aced their ir verbs test. The test took the form of a game called connect four. Well done everyone.

Grade 3/4 worked on sound excercises, which is always good for a laugh. These are tongue twisters but great practice. We had a conversation about their dream trip.

Grade 7/8 took turns with the verb review that was still on the blackboard. Very well done everybody. Then, they completed a cross word puzzle as a mean to review the new vocabulary.

Grade 1/2 wanted to know about the up and coming French play. They had inquiries about Africa and its inhabitants, humans and animals.

JK/SK  also had questions about the play and they are keen on going to the theatre. 
We also read a story called La chasse  au tigre.
